1. Who we are

Blessed Fire Services Limited ("we", "us") is a fire-safety equipment, installation, and fire-protection contracting company based in Champion House, Namuwongo, Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry form: when you submit the form on our Contact page, the details you enter (name, company, telephone, email, service required and message) are sent to us through Netlify, the service that hosts this website and processes form submissions. We receive them by email and they are also stored in Netlify's form dashboard.

Direct contact: if you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message or call.

3. Third-party services used on this site

This website is hosted by Netlify, loads Google Fonts for typography, and shows an embedded Google Map on the Contact page. These providers may process basic technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering their service, under their own privacy practices. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and — if you become a client — deliver the agreed services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain enquiry and client correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you and meet legitimate business record-keeping needs. Contact us if you'd like correspondence we hold about you deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Use the contact details on our Contact page.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated as the website and our enquiry process change. This page's status line will reflect the most recent revision once finalised.
